    As a woman I question the amount of insecurity or lack of self esteem that makes one think having 2 plastic bags filled with saline/collagen surgically shoved under one of the most soft .feminine and delicate parts of a woman's body will make my life or any part of me better?Screams shallow, insecure attention whore.

    Well thank goodness i have plenty..LOL but if i didn't, i don't want fake. I don't want anything put inside my body that doesn't need to be there. The only part on the breast that feels sexual pleasure is the nipple anyway so the flesh around it is wasted.

    Wow did you come to that conclusion while attending a support group? Perhaps own the T-shirt? Sorry but breast size does not define the woman certainly not one with the slightest bit of self confidence. Knowing she has far more to offer than the sum of her parts..And faking it in any part of ones being defines character more so than anything else.

As a woman who has been far too many times been questioned, blindly accused or overheard the "they're not real' comments might just take a wee bit of offenses to those who have chosen to surgically have had plastic bags full of saline/collagen shoved into one of the most naturally feminine parts of any woman.Understandable? I certainly hope so..

    My mom has breast implants, and honestly no one can tell the difference. With everything developing everyday they can alter the implants to basically feel and look real, that is unless you're trying to go get double d's or something. If women get them over sized of course they look and feel fake, my mom got a higher B cup and they don't look fake at all, they look natural. Don't see anything wrong with altering something you're unhappy with.

    I've heard too many bad things about them. This one girl I know can't even feel her breasts anymore. Plus squishy is more fun. ^-^ I vote for natural here.

    I've known a couple women that got breast cancer after getting implants. They ended up leaking. I think natural breasts no matter what the size are just fine. I think implants look fake anyway....not natural.
