to many people in one spot
i always ask myself why would you want to live there if it takes ten minutes to go 3 block when if you live in a little town you can go a lot farther in ten minutes
also in big cities it is hard to sleep with a ton of lights on the whole time

I prefer little towns. People tend to be friendlier and more trusting there. In the Big City, people become uptight and self-centered. They don't even know their neighbor's names.

I prefer small towns, Just as long as I have a good library, a grocery that has deals like H.E.B., and a nice place to walk for exercise, I'm happy.

Love the vibe and there's always stuff to do. I'm from a little town and I nearly went out of my mind for the lack of stimulation. Plus, small town is sometimes small-minded, the small towns here have more bigots and less educated people.

There are still bigoted people in a big city but it's less concentrated.

I'm definately a small town girl. I live in a town with the population of 550 (we're actually considered a village). And it still pisses me off that I live in town. Can't wait to finish saving up my down payment for the house in the country I want!

i would say that little towns because, it would be really relaxing and just because i kind of get claustrophobic when there's a lot of people around but i think that it would get boring after a while, so big cities, there's more to do and well yeah :)

I LOVE visting big cities. I go to one every year. Boston, New York, Cleveland, Orlando. But it's always nice to come back home to my small town afterwards.

My bed is in small town, that's good enough for me

I loved growing up in a small town. It was outside of a big town, giving us small town living with big town convenience. I also love where I live now...nice Pacific view, small area and right outside of L.A.

Both....I live on the outskirts of a big city but in a small community. Honolulu is the best because it is a city with a small town atmosphere and friendly place so not that big city disconnect feel but the culture.

Even though I get bored with small towns, I like the calm feeling I get being in one.

I love the excitement of Big Cities but there's not enough room for me.

You don't have to worry about a lot of crime. Everyone is so polite to eachother here. You can meet new people wherever you go and still see your old friends. It's the perfect mixture of past, present and future.

No contest. Today 's transportation makes it possible for small town people to visit a larger city when necessary, but as a place to live, little towns have it all over big cities. When you can go on vacation and leave your doors unlocked and not have to worry, life is pretty good.

I was born in the big city but I was raised in a small town. It's more quiet, no mean cursing
people , and , most of all NO hobos in the alley next to my apartment room. In the small
town. It's quiet and relaxing. Most best of all would be that at night the clouds always clear and we get to see millions of stars out. Unlike the big city when it's cloudy or there's storms. The only bad thing is that in the small towns in the country areas, there's soooo
much rain and hurricanes and blizzards. So if I HAD to choose I wouldn't know.
