    Sit on the couch and look out of the huge lounge window and watch what the birds are doing, then only after that I turn on the TV or the radio.

    Usually it's my reading time. I noticed that reading while drinking my morning coffee for at least half an hour helps my brain function better throughout the day, I have more interesting thoughts and feel more intellectually stimulated. I like to change the type of books that I read every week so to keep a interesting variety.

    reading emails, catching up on news, facebooking and of course SODAHEAD!!!
    once upon a time people read the newspaper over coffee, now we sit w/ our laptops at the kitchen table reading the news online instead of on paper.
    I like to enjoy the early morning quiet... maybe a little mozart w/ my coffee.

    Either radio or nothing. For me TV, even if it is the news chanel, is too noisy and chaotic.

    During work days I have it after my morning shower while I sit and have quiet time communing with my Maker.

    On weekends, I'm a little less deep and enjoy it at the computer or reading a book.
