I have a great nephew with Downs Syndrome & your pathetic post goes to show how low a person can sink in order to make political points.

If you actually believe that this is not a picture of a special needs child, then why put up a picture of a child in the first place. You like to mock people? This is a special needs child. You might want to put a site up where you got the picture from to defend yourself, otherwise you'll be getting a rash of negative comments.
