swimming seems to be popular, I took our grand kids swimming at the lake this afternoon. They had a ball and I was worn out.

I live on the second floor and don't have air conditioning. It's been in the 90's here for days. I also work nights so I try to sleep during the hottest part of the day. What do I do? Grin and bear it mostly. Take a cold shower and sit in front of the fan. Oh yeah, and take asperin for the headaches. :)

oh boy, that won't help! You need a cold cloth or something while you are on the tractor, and a fan. Plenty of water drinking! And (tractor in the sun in the am)

well it wont be over a hundred for U/us but it gets in the nineties here. But when i get really hot as with no A/c in the house, i have to keep spraying myself down with water or go and soak in a cold bath for a bit.
