Okay! Just ranting! been in this community over 13 year or so. neighbor are not like back in the old day. Where your greet d with a cake or pie.....Sad, I miss that...Every time I look out my door , it is the same five neighbors watching......They don't wave, but the ride by and bump there horns..Ummmm? I donate, I do charity and go to church at times..Whats seem to be the problem,,, and may I add their kids are bad as rotten apples..
Yeah! on my Wifi too.... If I am up at three AM so are they! Spies/ Conspircy or paranoid?

I would continue to be a good neighbor, do the kids come on your property? are they quiet by 10? then if they aren't call the cops

I still go and welcome my new neighbors to the neighborhood. i was raised to do things like that. People now days are not. As far as noisy neighbors. I had to deal with that is weekend. I walked over to the house and asked them to turn in down. They apologized and turned it down.

I always like to know who my neighbors are....it may not always work out like that, but as i get older, i think its a good practice to get to know the neighbors in the first week i move in to a new location as a courtesy.
