Our daughter just bought a rehab house and wants to change the exterior look. How would you paint this little home?

A pale blue on the walls with white windows and dark blue trim would be in good if you're in a warm climate, it seems to add a sense of the summery feel.
If you're in a colder area then darker tones of the blues can be used and if prefered maybe a change to pale green on the walls with white windows and darker green trim.
Dark colours will absorb more heat in the wintery days and the lighter colours will of course deflect heat on hot days.
Yellows of any sort may look nice but it will only cost you more because of it's inability to 'cover' and you'll need more coats of paint to get the desired effect.
I hope this helps...:)
this area is very artsy fartsy and there are many rehab renovation programs and things available. I have told her to take advantage now before it is gone and it will be gone soon.
she has been working tirelessly cleaning out the inside and making it livable and now she is looking at the exterior and what curb appeal would do.
Also any ideas about wood floors very damaged and stained from the 1900's that would be better than replacement would be appreciated. It is her project (thank goodness) I admire her spirit very much and she gets it done. This particular home is located in the Cleveland, Ohio area and was bought for pennies on the dollar. Take a look and have fun with it.
I appreciate your input and knowledge.
Can you see this little house like that I can.
