What Book Are You Currently Reading?

Munster 2012/07/04 01:02:06
I just finished the Tiger Saga books by Colleen Houck and I'm in search of another great adventure! I usually steer towards Stephen King, he's all I ever read before Colleen Houck and Charlaine Harris.

So what are you reading currently reading and what types of books do you normally read? Also, could you recommend a book or series like Charlaine Harris' Sookie Stackhouse novels?
You!

I'm mostly interested in reading fantasy/mystery/adventure. And I find that I like reading series.
A Song of Ice and Fire, The Southern Vampire mysteries, and Dexter are all series that I enjoy. I also love novels by Chuck Palahniuk and Dan Brown.
I like graphic novels as well.

I've been watching Game of Thrones on HBO. I really want to read the books as well. I hope the books go more into detail about the Dragon Mother. :O

I completely forgot about the Dexter series being books as well, you've just gave me a lot to choose from. :D

Well then I'm glad I can be of service, lol.
Game of Thrones doesn't travel to far from the book, but there are some small differences. Still an awesome series either way.

I usually read sci-fi/fantasy books, but I really like this one. Kinda depressing in a way but it really makes me think.

I need to do more history reading, but it's hard to rip myself from fantasy/horror. I love it!

LOL I understand completely. Every so often I force myself to read something that's in a completely different category. I do really like scifi, though I don't read nearly as much of it as I used to.

I need a good sci-fi novel too. Like I said, I finished the Tiger's Saga, there's a book I'm interested in reading but it's only available for Kindle users, I don't have one! -_-

I've only heard great things about it. And I can't wait to see how the movie compares.
