What are some must see locations in and around Seattle?

I am going on vacation to Seattle for the next week, and would like to know what the best locations are in and around the city.

I'm an out-of-towner, but I always found the Seattle Center (where the Space Needle is) enjoyable. Check out the waterfront, of course, and the museums. I guess you could go knock on Amazon's door..... Don't know about the night life, tho.
