What are some coping skills for cutting?

More relevantly, cut other people, or listen to the right music.
I also write sometimes, even if the words don't make sense. I also love sleeping, though that can cause more depression supposedly...
any kind of hobby helps. I used to scratch myself until I bleed then I turned to musical instruments and I havn't since I was 10.
Use a pillow as something to abuse (I mean screaming into it, punching it.. not cutting it. Please don't harm your pillow. He's just trying to make it by in the world.)
Personally, I like reading or exercising. I joined an MMA class and completely stopped cutting. I hope you do too. :)
Tae Kwon Do seems fun.
