You!

It's quite unusual for anywhere in australia to quake, so this was my first one experienced at home.

I've been in three. The Loma Preita, the Silmar quake and the Northridge quake.

I moved out of California in 2005 to AZ and two years ago had the house shake from a large quake in northern Mexico.

I guess they are following me around.

I experienced one my freshman year in college. It was scary because of the brief moment of not being in control.

I live on the west coast of Canada. We do get earthquakes there and the last one that I felt was back in September. It was like being on a boat on a stormy sea. I am a teacher and it happened during school hours so we had to evacuate the building.

Twice in Darwin and once in Perth, they can be pretty scary things...I think the only thing that held the house together in Perth was 30 layers of wallpaper on the walls Lolz...

Not too bad, lasted about 30-40 seconds, but then again I am over 80k from the centre of the quake.
no-one was hurt and no damage, so we are all good.

yeah that sounds about right. I used to live in San Francisco and I currently live up in washington. We do get a lot but most are so tny you do not even feel them. I have been lucky enough not to be in a bigger one. 5.2 is a decent size one but yeah being 80k is a bit a of a difference

I live in Virginia and we had one last August, I think it was 5.8. It shook a good portion of the east coast.

Lucky me as a Queenslander, I've never been in an earthquake. And the worst of all the natural disasters we have had all seem to miss my town. All I've ever seen is a tiny bit of flooding through the town during the floods these past few years.

Very lucky, Queensland seems to be our nations natural disaster epicentre.
Must be some outside forces trying to get rid of all of the F*cking tourists :P
