I remember trying to "do the deed" on one - very distracting! It was like being on a boat during a storm!

If I sleep on a water-bed, I can hardly move from the pain the next day.

I like a hard mattress because I have lower back problems. I got a platform bed which is amazing.
I've had sex once on a waterbed and it sucked!!!

I'm definitly NOT a waterbed fan.

I've experienced the killer lower back pain (also have back problems), but never attempted sex on a water-bed. I've always wondered, though... is it really hard? I always thought it would be awkward since the bed is moving around under ya.

To be honest I only tried once.
It was hard. You couldn't stablized yourself.
But I don't know, maybe if I tried it more I'd get used to it.

just gave our up after 40 years....not enough support for old farts...hard to get in and out of for old farts. Mine is for sale (frame) My hubby has RLS so I gave up sleeping in the same bed years ago...his restless legs kept me awake all night on the waterbed..now I have my own bed a Tempurpedic...LOVE IT...

I can take or leave the old timers that used to make me seasick when you first laid down or was that from all the beer I dunno LOL?? I do understand the newer ones are much better being water chambered and all.

My parents have had a water bed since I was four years old. Every time I go home for the weekend, I make sure to take a nap in it. It's like being in the womb again!
