It is really sad what people can do to animals.
What would they say if somebody taped them like that to balloons and left them flying away?
I saw that on the 4PM news here earlier. Hopefully the sick f**ker that did that is prosecuted to the fullest extent if they ever catch the person. Fortunately the Turtle is safe so that's a good thing.
The video didn't work, but I'm glad to hear the turtle was rescued. <3
