Yes, but like they said in the video, the person could have taken them to a shelter free of charge rather than abandoning them in a backpack in an alley.

Awww. Few weeks ago I found a kitten abandoned near the road. I left it because I thought it belonged to my neighbor (it was near his house). The thing came to my home in the night and surprised me in the morning. :D
