The always-stunning Natalie Portman got married over the weekend in a traditional Jewish ceremony in Big Sur, California. Because the nuptials were private, we haven't seen much in the way of wedding photos yet, but one picture has emerged of Portman wearing a simple wedding gown designed by Rodarte, who also designed the actress' tutu in "Black Swan."

Natalie Portman sure looks ecstatic in the photo, but some fashion critics aren't so happy with her simple style choice. What do you think of Natalie Portman's wedding dress? Is it adorable -- or just plain ugly?

Personally I am a bit fed up with the same old strapless styles. A nice neckline and sleeves is far more appropriate for a wedding dress. Sexy does not do for a wedding. Save that for NYE.

Im not keen on it, it is a bit of an awkward length and I think it looks like a little girls idea of a princess dress. But maybe it's just that photo. Who am I to judge anyway? If she's happy, that's all that matters!

Awkward dress length, the sleeves are ugly (Kate Middleton pulled it off), and the dress is too plane.

But, if she's happy, that's all that matters :D.

She's Jewish and according to Jewish custom she has to wear long sleeved wedding dresses.
