I'm trying and its one of the hardest things I've ever tried to do. If only I listened 20 years ago when my family warned me not to start smoking.

I figured I got off darn lucky, a warning of worse things to come & never picked up another cigarette. Whenever I felt the urge to have one I just stuck a pen or something in my mouth because my 'addiction' was more an oral fixation than anything else.
I still say cold turkey's the best route tho'...
He quit smoking with CHANTIX on the 12th day... NO kidding!!! IT worked that quick and that well. OF course he stayed on the Chantix for the entire three months as his doctor required and has never picked up another cig....Everyone that knows him was very proud as they absolutely did NOT believe he could ever do it. It has saved quite a bit of money .......
but i smoke mj, and so far i've cut down on that a lot
