First Demi Moore did it, then Britney Spears, then just about everybody else. Now, Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio is the latest celeb to pose nude while pregnant, in an ad for Brazilian jewelry company Vivara.

Ambrosio, who is reportedly eight months along with a boy, posted the ad on her Facebook page. In the black-and-white shot, she wears gem-studded rings, earrings and a bracelet ... and that's about it. The Brazilian model already has a daughter with her fiancé, California businessman Jamie Mazur.

Ambrosio looks great -- and still remarkably skinny -- but we have to wonder, is the whole posing-nude-while-pregnant thing getting played out? It was revolutionary when Demi Moore did it, but now we've seen everybody from Christina Aguilera to Jessica Simpson sporting a bump in the buff. Are you sick of it?

While it's still sexy to be pregnant and do a nude photoshoot it's also played out as well because it's been done so many times in magazines over the last 20 odd years that it's not as unique any more. So it's both answers.
