First Demi Moore did it, then Britney Spears, then just about everybody else. Now, Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio is the latest celeb to pose nude while pregnant, in an ad for Brazilian jewelry company Vivara.

Ambrosio, who is reportedly eight months along with a boy, posted the ad on her Facebook page. In the black-and-white shot, she wears gem-studded rings, earrings and a bracelet ... and that's about it. The Brazilian model already has a daughter with her fiancé, California businessman Jamie Mazur.

Ambrosio looks great -- and still remarkably skinny -- but we have to wonder, is the whole posing-nude-while-pregnant thing getting played out? It was revolutionary when Demi Moore did it, but now we've seen everybody from Christina Aguilera to Jessica Simpson sporting a bump in the buff. Are you sick of it?

Yep, another fad come and gone. Have to admit, these ladies a very fortunate to still look good enough to be publicized pregnant. When I was younger and pregnant I looked like a blimp, (swollen from head to toe!). Ha, Ha, didn't even like to look a photos with clothes on back then!

I myself did something very similar when I was pregnant with our son. As did my sister. It's not something we have framed on the livingroom wall, but it was a lovely momento. we have a copy of the photo with some of our other keepsakes like his first pair of baby shoes and baby hand prints.

I used to regret not having fancy professional photos taken (nude or fully clothed) when I was pregnant but now I do not. We have candid and fun photos of my pregnancies taken at home. They were free and meaningful. Some of the professional photographers do a great job and have some awesome ideas but most of the time this is not the case. Most are cheesy and awkward, LOL. Just from what I have seen, anyway.

wow this is the first anorexia pregnancy i have ever seen!!! wtf lol and I think thr nude pregnancy pics are stupid...we get it,thats how you got that way in the first place....i feel baf for when the kid gets older and sees its mom naked LOL
