Sure. It just takes money. Spend some of that stimulus money on it instead of bailing-out the UAW pension fund.

The best, workable ideas to clean up oil spills came from the private sector, not from government.

Offer a reward for competitive plans and see how the Free Market handles the problem.

A lot of the ocean resorts still use outfall pipes for their sewage. Stopping that would end the problem.

That would be great but I think the waste comes from other places too...like ships. But that is a good place to start.
