She's 15/16 - that's much different than 12 or something. It'd be stupid to take every case like this.
Plus, it's not like she's naked or anything she's still dressed. Hell, I've seen 15-16 year olds dressed much worse.

A 16-year-old model is suing Urban Outfitters and other retailers for "destroying her reputation" by selling T-shirts featuring a sexually provocative photo that was taken of her when she was just 15, E! Online reports.
The T-shirt shows Hailey Clauson -- who has modeled for Donna Karan, Zac Posen, Calvin Klein, Jill Stuart and Oscar de la Renta -- posing with her legs wide open.
Clauson claims the "blatantly salacious" shot might violate child-porn laws and could attract pedophiles -- and she wants $28 million for the alleged offense.
She's also accusing fashion photographer Jason Lee Parry of purposefully making "her crotch area the focal point of the image." Plus, she says Parry agreed to never release the shot after her then-agency Ford Models complained.
Parry, however, says Coulson's parents were at the shoot and gave him permission to publish the racy image.
