So i've been workingbout and barely lost anything, then i got lazy and i lost 10 lbs in a week without doing any strenuos excersize besides repeatedly diving off of the diving board and walking. I used to try harder when i was younger and lost less. I'm also eating normal. I have snacks, so that means Anorexia is not the reason.
Symptoms include:
Frequent lightheadedness
Darkening vision
Increased clumsiness
Reality isn't as real anymore
Pain in the back of head and behind ears
Occasional insomnia
Pain in side of neck
Btw i'm 13 male if that makes a difference...

Is this seerious, or is it probably effects from a ghost in my room tormenting me with different noises each night? (the ghost was a black shadow figure, i saw it at night) (idk how)

when you work out sometimes it takes you body some rest for it to catch up that is why they recomed 2 days out of a week to have a rest day. mon wed thur fri sun work out and take tue and sat off something like that. and you symptoms may have nothing to do with the work outs you may want to seek a doctor or natural path doctor.

Your symptoms indicate you really need to see a doctor. While it may prove to be as simple as a vitamin deficiency it could also be quite serious. Do not put off having it checked out!

And don't just go on the net and look up your symptoms or it will tell you that you have some off the wall disease.

those symptoms COULD point to a tumor of some sort. Im wondering if you have told your parents about the symptoms (depending on how they feel about ghosts I might leave off the last part)

i get lightheaded all the time, every time i stand up my vision darkens for a minute(i think its the blood flow changing since i stood) and i'm clumsy for a lil while after i stand so i think those things are normal. as for the reality, insomnia, and head pain, idk bout that... that may need medical diagnosis. then for the weight loss; muscle weighs more than fat so since you stopped working out you may be losing muscle. The pain in your neck may be from you sleeping on it wrong.

How long have you had these symptons?

My husband has been dropping weight, his ailment is Cancer. I'm dropping weight, too.
I had to change my diet. Whatever the cause, please go and see a doctor.
    Have a nice day !

It could be something mild. But it also sounds like you may have Hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid) this makes your metabolism faster then average and can cause things like anxiety, dizziness,**Unexplained weight loss**, insomnia, Hyperactivity, and muscle pain. Basically it makes everything work faster then it should. I have hypOthyroidism, which is The opposite and causes everything to work slower.

No matter what it seems like something You should see a doctor about just to be safe. when you do bring this up and discuss getting a blood test to check. Good luck!!

It may be that you lost some muscle mass from stopping your workout. Though your symptoms seem to indicate something else, perhaps dehydration--anyway best to ask a doctor if you have access to one.

Well, I'd say check with a doctor just in case; the other symptoms could be anything nothing or they could be something.
