Here in the US, Dolly's had chili dog pizza and that wasn't bad, so I don't see how this would be awful.

Hot dogs (like ketchup and bacon) are a food that ALWAYS tastes like hot dogs no matter what its mixed with. If I wanted hot dogs, I'd have hot dogs. I don't need them "hot dogging" up my pizza! Now, if they just sold dogs with pizza crust wrapped around them (like pigs in a blanket). I wouldn't mind that every now and then.

I am not familiar with a "Chicago-style" hot dog, however I suspect they do not normally have ketchup on them? Ketchup (unless added in a very small amount to dishes like chili) makes everything taste like ketchup. bleh! Don't get me wrong, I like ketchup on french fries, and occasionally baked on the top of a meatloaf. Just not on everything! NO hot dog pizza, ice cream or donuts for me! lol

Ive never tried it but it sounds weird and yet IM a weird person myself so in the end, it sounds good. ive eaten lost of delicious things that ppl consider gross. Peanut butter/jelly sandwitches with hot cheetoes inside anyone?

The cover question did not say "hot" just "dog". I thought them Brits were eating Fido. I thought it was just Koreans and folks "overthere" that put the bite on Rover and Fluffy.

While I was stationed in Japan, I visited the local Pizza Hut. Shocking experience no chairs, we sat on the floor with table height about 18 inches. Their pizzas had weird toppings like corn, potatoes, & fish. It was awful, they probably came up with the idea : )

I can't be particularly objective given that I eat very little meat and never eat pork but as far as I'm concerned pizza doesn't need any more crud added to it especially processed meat, bone and sinew paste chock full of preservatives and artificial additives to make it taste great.
