Chris Mason was sentenced to 4 years in prison after forcing her 73-year-old husband James Mason to exercise so much he died of exhaustion. A woman after a sex change in 1993, Chris Mason pleaded guilty to killing her husband with tears streaming. Should Chris Mason be put in a male or female prison?

probably should be put in solitary. In with women, s/he would have so much more strength than most women in general, that chaos would ensue, or s/he would become a ruling tyrant in the prison. In with men, again chaos because of the fighting for sex. And why was lethal injection never considered?

If you actually read my post, I did say the person is genetically male (meaning has xy chromosomes).

However the physical characteristics are now female due to hormone treatments and gender reassignment surgery.

So while the person is genetically male, she is now physically female, I know it's a challenging concept for you to grasp, but it does happen.

There are also genetic hermaphrodites as well. They are born with both a penis and testes as well as ovaries and a uterus. Typically, they are reassigned as female as it is easier to remove the external genetalia. The risks for performing a hysterectomy on a neo-nate are far higher, so it is not done.

um.... yea.... Well I would that he if he considers himself a woman and things than yea he/ she should be put in a female jail. Now if he still has his penis and what not no no no male prision 100% but i guess it depends on the extent of his sex change as well as his personality. I wouldnt feel comfortable putting someone that considers themselves a female in with a bunch of men. I'm not saying very feminie men should be put in female prision because they still have a penis..

If we put a female looking acting etc person into a male housing unit its going to be like throwing one girl in amongst a bunch of alpha males. Everyones going to want a piece and it would just breed to unsafe situations. I guess breed was the wrong word to use..... haha there has to be another option then just male or female prision.
