If you're up for a little Ms. Pac-Man, you'll want to avoid Marshfield, Mass.
By a vote of 655-554, Marshfield voted not to lift a longstanding ban on coin-operated video games. Proponents of the ban insist that the town's reputation as a traditional Massachusetts seaside destination could be affected by the presumably unsavory types they imagine arcade games might bring in, even opening "the door to adult entertainment."
But opponents, like lifelong Marshfield resident George Mallet, say that the ban has been a bit of a joke since it was enacted in 1982, in the heyday of the arcade explosion.
“A lot of people don’t know it’s illegal, that we have video game prohibition,” Mallet said. “Why should I have to go to Pembroke to play Pac-Man?”

They would ban arcade games - yet they vote this douche bag back into office.
