Mmmm...you probably hang with people of like-mind and think that is normal behavior.

Words matter! They always have and always will.

The people I hang out with don't call anyone name and one happens to be part of that 1% supporting the country with his tax dollars. Like minded as me who knows all names are wrong and isn't going to suggest one is worse like you apparently seem to think. Maybe you should move your class in friends up.

    Interesting!

Because I disagree with you in regards to believing that language matters (no matter who you are and from what status you come from) you are offended?

Phrases like, "move your class in friends up" or "get some security in your life" or "grow up if a lousy word offends you" speaks to who you are (no matter if you are the richest 1%). Amazing!

Words matter! It speaks to what you believe and how you treat others - very simple! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that very simple principle.

Aw did I hurt your feelings? I don't even know what your yacking about. I originally stated I don't care if someone uses the N word and you obviously were offended which is why you responded. Funny kid.

Conversation ended - very cynical and mean-spirited comment.

Your words speak for themself. The record is for all to see.

And educated, leftist elitist blacks who do, do so very intentionally in order to call their Black base away from conservatism, and try to heard them back on to the plantation. Just as Democrat plantation owners in the South before and after the Civil War sometimes used black overseers. The thing that really gets me is that these steaming piles call true men like Alan Keyes, Clarence Thomas and Allen West "Uncle Toms..."

There are such words as fighting words, that should never be spoken unless you expect physical retaliation, or to really hurt those who can not retaliate. These words or phrases do not belong on the media nor anywhere in civilized society. I'd definitely put the "N" word at the top of that list.

I've heard lots of racist terms for white men, especially from people whose ancestors got put into bad land reservations. I don't use those terms since I matured. You would be offended if I used them on you, specially if your white entourage was outnumbered by us at the time. You never lived it so you can't know what real prejudice feels like.
You're the one who needs to grow up.

What an articulate message to an idiot. What word can be used that isn't "code"? This is nothing but another attack by progressivism to take away real debate and freedom of speech. MSNBC is as irrelevant as Toure'.

Personally, I think it's a word that aptly describes the Black Muslims, gangs and other riffraff. If wiggers can't say it but black folks can then that's more discrimination. I recently learned that some blacks are offended by being called Negro's so I guess that's just another "N" word. Maybe we should just call everybody 'white' regardless of their color.

I had no idea this happened. Maybe I had a brain fart during the news and missed it. Nah, more than likely I was in the kitchen preparing something and missed it. I cannot see the TV from the kitchen and cannot change where it is.

We engage in this hypocrisy on the 'n word'. Black liberals can throw the word around flippantly while simultaneously accusing others of racism where none exists.

    Liberals are immune from irony.

Take your racism Joe Biden and Toure back to Chicago and cram your dog-whistle right up your hypocrisy.

Touré and other members of the black community use the word so frequently that it refuses to succumb to attrition by the rest of the world. It's past time to bury this and the past and move on.
