Because I disagree with you in regards to believing that language matters (no matter who you are and from what status you come from) you are offended?

Phrases like, "move your class in friends up" or "get some security in your life" or "grow up if a lousy word offends you" speaks to who you are (no matter if you are the richest 1%). Amazing!

Words matter! It speaks to what you believe and how you treat others - very simple! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that very simple principle.

There are such words as fighting words, that should never be spoken unless you expect physical retaliation, or to really hurt those who can not retaliate. These words or phrases do not belong on the media nor anywhere in civilized society. I'd definitely put the "N" word at the top of that list.

I've heard lots of racist terms for white men, especially from people whose ancestors got put into bad land reservations. I don't use those terms since I matured. You would be offended if I used them on you, specially if your white entourage was outnumbered by us at the time. You never lived it so you can't know what real prejudice feels like.

Personally, I think it's a word that aptly describes the Black Muslims, gangs and other riffraff. If wiggers can't say it but black folks can then that's more discrimination. I recently learned that some blacks are offended by being called Negro's so I guess that's just another "N" word. Maybe we should just call everybody 'white' regardless of their color.
