lollll....I voted amazing just because the visual of Americans running around with ties and Tees with the impressions of their fingers molded into them makes me laugh so hard...all growing ever more farsighted as they finger-paint on undersized images jiggled as their elbows are jostled by the passing crowds...

Not "amazing" but very sensible. Heck, for years I cleaned my glasses with my ties (mostly reppe weave silk, some raw silk. Didn't use the wool ties, no matter how fine the wool was, of course). Getting more use from a tie than simply as a "uniform" piece (that's really what ties with suits/sport coats amount to: pieces of uniform apparel, no matter how "un-uniform" someone may think their personal tie collection may be).

Hmmm, I may now have a better use for those boxes and boxes full of ties I have put back other than as quilting pieces. :-)

I don't think touch-screens would usualy get dirty, this would just be for little things like fingerprints and dust.

I own a camera and cell phone, I see the smudge stains at times with the cleaning cloths. why nit just buy a cleaning cloth and keep it in you wallet? For me its ridiculous to buy and entire garment just to wipe your phone... LOL

I think having the cleaning patch as part of your clothing would be handy, but it woudn't make much of a diffrence. The tie has the cleaning patch on the underside, so smudges woudn't be a problem.

To all the people in doubt , you are going to use the inside/reverse-side. It would be stupid to clean dirt of with the side or your tie/shirt that people see.

Not amazing, but it's not a terrible idea. People already use their t-shirts (and neck-ties?) to clean their phone screen, glasses etc. Why not have clothing that's basically made for it? And the prices aren't bad either.

Something with function that doesn't have to look awful - how interesting.

I would imagine they are great for glasses too - not that any company is going to bother marketing as such with society fighting so hard to say we should all wear contacts or get surgery.

There is one problem I have - calling $24.95 for a t-shirt affordable. Or $39.99 for a tie, for that matter. I have several ties - all look great and all under $20. I have NEVER paid more than $20 for a T-shirt.
