'Toddlers and Tiaras' Tot Dresses Up as Julia Roberts in 'Pretty Woman': Sweet or Sick?

You can always count on a beauty pageant to stir up some controversy -- especially when little girls (or boys) are involved.

In the latest drama, "Toddlers and Tiaras" contestant Paisley dresses up as Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman."

And in case you're the rare person who hasn't seen "Pretty Woman" a million times, Roberts plays a prostitute in the movie.

To get into character, Paisley wears thigh-high black boots, a blond wig, a midriff-baring white tank top and little blue skirt -- just like Roberts did -- as the pageant judges laugh and the crowd cheers.



Even some pageant moms were offended by the costume.

"I would never ever do that to my little girl. Ever," says Tammy, whose 3-year-old Victoria was also competing in the pageant.

"Us pageant moms already take a huge rap for what we're doing to our little girls. And it's outfits like that that give us a bad rap."

In last week's episode, Maddy sported a fake chest and enhanced bottom, making us wonder if this show is officially exploiting little girls.
