Remember when Angelina Jolie's leg turned into a meme because she made it so ridiculosly prominent during the Oscars this year? Who'd have thought it would come back into style just a couple of months later? Thanks to Emma Stone, Victoria Beckham, Kate Middleton, and several models, the thigh-high slit is a spring smash.

According to WhoWhatWear, the thigh-high slit was first popularized fashion designers like Givenchy and Ossie Clark in the '70s. However, this latest round is pushing the boundaries a little bit. Polish model Anja Rubik wore a slit so high, you could see her thigh bone. (It still wasn't as outrageous as Jolie's leg-a-thon.) So what do you think, fashion do or fashion don't-even-think-about-it?

I believe the writer meant you could see her hip bone. The woman in the picture below, seriously didn't need to show that much, with the bone sticking out and those little, bony legs. But If she isn't mine and has a great shape and pretty thighs, then why not? But please, wear a nice dress and carry herself with style and class

Aslong as the lady has the legs for it why not. But theyres always people that do it and make themselves look stupid. Cool i guess that they have no inhibitions, but some things shouldnt be seen

so long as the girl has the figure to carry it off... not to mention amazing legs.... then I think its a fashion do.... but I don't think its sexy when you see bones jutting out like in the pic of the Polish model in the post.... she should not have had such a high slit cos her thigh bone sticking out like that is not the prettiest thing to see!!!

With in reason of course. A little thigh is very nice to see once in a while, but the hip hanging thing is a little much. Leaving a little to the imagination is sometimes better then letting it all hang out.

A dress that reveals someones hip bones doesn't look very flattering to me n if ur that desperate to expose ur hips and legs at the same time, it's called a midriff top and a mini skirt...

If you want the world to see your ass, wear a miniskirt or a jacket/shirt/dress like Miley Cyrus did. At least then there's no doubt. Nobody will be whispering, "do you think she knows?" or, "Oh my God you can see her panties" (or worse lack thereof) Not classy ladies, the slit look might have been glamorous a few decades ago, but they used some restraint. you could see knee and a little thigh, but that was IT... What is it a red carpet or a fish market? (I know this one might be a bit vulgar for some of you) "Tuna! I got fresh tuna here!"

That's my opinion, opinions can't be wrong because they're individual to the person that wrote them.
