I got my Motorcycle license as soon as I qualified ..
taught myself to drive a Dirt Bike some years before ..
have enjoyed DECADES upon DECADES of being a Motorcyclist ..
(yep .. licensed)
I've owned larger ones .. (street cruisers)
wear my Leathers, Gloves, Boots, and Full Face Helmet too ..
used to teach the Motorcycle Safety course ..
and have participated in Cruising for Charity as well ..

(actually a very fun way to enjoy the road .. take the road less traveled)
Be aware of your surroundings ..
know that others can NOT and do NOT 'see' you ..
just take it easy also when weather conditions change ..
and you can enjoy riding for many, many, many years!

They are awesome, enjoyable, fun, thrilling, but not without there dangers... just like everything in life.

Motorcycles are scary...

They are a fun and inexpensive way to get around.

2 friends became widows with small children because of motorcycles. another friend also lost his life. I am not a fan of motorcycles.

Exhilarating to ride, and dangerous, because the riders are so vulnerable to injuries. So are people in cars, of course. It is often people in cars, though, who cause the death or injuries of bike riders.

Is what we call a donor cycle. It appeals to the young who wish to go 'zoom/splat'. I'll pass on that.
