The only reason Rosalie said no was because she doesn't like being a vampire. She even says so in the book and in the movie! She says that its just becoase she wishes there had been someone there to vote no for her. But also in the books it says that Edward actually did say no, but Carlisle didn't listen to her. But I still think that Rosalie did it becoase she cares. And besides, shes going to have to deal with it becoase Bella turns into a vampire in the fourth book anyway. And Jacob is going to have to deal as well. Still in love with Jacob though. SO HOOOOOTTTTT!
