I am shocked that no one on the bus gave/loaned this poor girl the 20 pence.
I hope they realize what their callous indifference cost.
Moral bankruptcy indeed.
THE MORAL BANKRUPTCY OF A ONCE GREAT NATION

This atrocious event happened in .December 2011,the case has only just come to court.A 23 year old English law student, from a goo respectable Christian family had spent the evening enjoying an early christmas drink and meal with friends, when it was time to head home she waited, with many others for the last "Pronto" bus operated byTrent Barton, which in turn is owned by one of the largest bus and railway operators in the UK Stagecoach,(known by many as highwayman). When the bus arrived, she joined the throng trying to board it,the fare to her destination 20 mins away was £5-00,when she went to pay she was 20pence short about 65cents I think.the bus driver would not accept her offer to make good the shortfall when her mother met her at her destination, and demanded she leave the bus, even though she pleaded with him saying it was 3am and she had no other means of getting home, not one of the 40 or so other passengers offered to help her,the driver belived to be an E european immigrant,(the company and his fellow drivers refuse to reveal his identity) maintained his arrogant intransigence and forced her off the vehicle. AND THEN SHE WAS RAPED BY THIS PIECE OF FILTH

He also beat her so badly that when her mother saw her she did't recognise her.
Now tell me there is no need for the death penalty!

UGH...LIBS ~ PWCM ~ JLA ~ 2012/06/11 20:54:39IN CASE LIKE THIS

Yes it is moral bankrupcy to some degree.
And my seat if needed.
I flippin hate people.
Our society is being over run by "takers" with no regard for anyone but themselves. I see it everyday and it sickens me to my core.
I would never turn a blind eye to someone I feel truly needs a hand. I hope that you never get into a situation such as this example, but if you were, spare change would be the least that I could do to help.
I don't think it's a death penalty case.
Life without parole.
I do support the death penalty, just not in this case.
Edit:
I would have given her the 2 pence if I had been on that bus. I mean just given her the money without expecting to be paid back.
