If this boy is just now getting discovered that means the species is at best rare and at worst nearing the brink of extinction. This is why there is such a thing as CITES. All international wildlife trade should be banned with the exception of specially licensed breeders working to preserve gene pools for future generations. Time is getting short on this. If we don't act responsibly and in real time the earth is not going to be a very nice or cool place to be any more.
