A teacher from Mariemont, Ohio, is suing her school district, claiming discrimination. What makes the case unique is that the teacher, Maria Waltherr-Willard, suffers from pedophobia, a crippling fear of young children.
Waltherr-Willard began her career as a high school teacher, a position she held for decades. She was reassigned to teach in a junior high in 2010, despite, she claims, being assured earlier in her career that she would not have to teach younger children.
Pedophobia can lead to shortness of breath, vomiting and feelings of terror when around young children. Waltherr-Willard claims that she was discriminated against based on her age (she's 61) and her disability.
Do you think she has a winning case?

For a 61 year old sounds like she still has some growing up and maturing to do.,Thats like me saying im a garbage man but I have a fear of dirty diapers If i ever see one I should not have to take it out. Chances are u might just see a dirty diaper in your profession.
lol reminds me a girl I knew when I worked at a restaurant who said she refused to wash dishes lol wtf do you know where your working people need to grow up.
As afar as being 61, there are many teachers that are in that age range. I started my career as a teacher in my late 40's. That may not have been so easy in other fields. Sounds like a whiner to me.
