Taylor Swift and Harry Styles are broken up, but the young pop stars are still on the same page... at least style wise.

Harry Styles was spotted wearing a heart-patterned Burberry Prorsum shirt a couple nights ago while celebrating his 19th birthday in London, and it was a little reminiscent of Taylor Swfit's heart-patterned Dolce & Gabanna dress that she wore out to dinner in West Hollywood last year. Who do you think wore hearts on their (ahem) sleeves better?
