SUV crashes into water pipe, no charges filed...

Well, sort of.
After having a glass of wine, Donald Leet, 37, of Florida decided his girlfriend's daughter, age 11, needed to learn how to drive.
She crashed into a water pipe at First Baptist Church of Brandon, sending a 50 ft spay of water into the air.
The child and her 7 year old sister, visibly shaken, screaming and crying, climbed out the drivers side window. They are fine.
Leet, not so much. His license was already suspended and he had a few things to say to the police investigating the accident:
“You are going to make me lose my job,” he reportedly told deputies.
“Why don’t you arrest a rapist or murderer instead of me. You’re an
illiterate Southerner. You don’t know anything. You only have a high
school diploma. You’re dumb.”

Leet has been charged with two counts of child neglect.
