Surgeons from the Russian city of Izhevsk found a growing tree inside a man's lung. 28-year-old Artyom Sidorenko was diagnosed as a cancer patient. He will usually have seizures and cough up blood until doctors took X-rays and thought he had a tumor in his lung. When surgery took place, surgeons were absolutely shocked on what they found. It was a fir tree growing inside his lung. The branch was 5 centimeters lung and was removed immediately. Doctors say that it wasn't lung cancer, it was the tree's spikes penetrating his lungs.
