The supermodel who once refused to wake up for less than $10,000 a day now refuses to settle for less than $46,000 a month in child support.
Linda Evangelista, 46, went to Manhattan Family Court on Monday to demand that French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault -- who happens to be Salma Hayek's husband -- pay up for their 4-year-old son, The New York Post reports.
However, the plot thickens.
Pinault reportedly hooked up with Evangelista when he was on a break from (and before he married) Hayek.
His daughter with Hayek, Valentina, is 3 years old.
While Pinault spends $50,000 a month for a $12 million Los Angeles estate held in trust in Valentina's name, the CEO of French luxury brand PPR has not spent a penny on Augustin James, his son with Evangelista, the Post reports.
Some of the model's demands include:
--$80,000 a year for a 24-hour nanny
--Gun-toting drivers who are former police detectives (at a cost of $175,000 per year)
--$7,500 for monthly "vacation" expenses (which the judge nixed)
Evangelista's demands do seem a bit extreme for a woman who is worth more than $8 million. But Pinault's family is said to be worth about $11.5 billion. You'd think he could cough up a few grand for his son.

Excessive

it's so simple because social workers have to use it.
she's got plenty of money, anything more is just gold-digging--but this chick's a rich-bitch anyhow.
and anyone who needs a 24-hour nanny without being deployed overseas needs to be looking for a better parent for the child; kids need parents, not nannies!
hopefully the nanny and guards will be better role models than the kid's mom!
Watch out US citizens you are responsible no matter where you go on the planet...its in the small print.
