She committed a crime. Her sunburned butt should spend a few days in the County Jail. Imagine if she had just pointed a gun without firing it? The liberals would be calling for gun control. Where is their plea for knife control?

While one cannot help but chuckle at first, after the laughter dies down and the story sinks in, one must admit this is pretty sad. And it wasn't just a slap on a sunburned butt, people. I'm sure there were a lot more incidents that irked the lady but this time the straw just broke the proverbial camel's back.

And what gives me a clue about that? Martinez's own words to the cop that he "slapped her in the buttocks" as a "joke" since he "was aware Sherry had sunburn in the area."

But, Sherry, aggravating as the old boy is, you should never have done that. Now you're going to have to pay a big price but, more importantly, your innocent children are going to pay the bigger price depending on what kind of legal punishment you get. Anger management classes would have been a better investment.

Best investment would have been to dump his ass long before that situation had a chance to happen!

Can't argue with that. Seems to me the guy has a wee bit of a cruelty streak in him and he actually admitted that he knew he was slapping a sunburn. Any idiot would know that wouldn't feel good at all. What was the man thinking! But I do have to add that she went a wee bit too far herself with the stabbing. Sheesh. A simple kick in the butt and "get out now" would have sufficed.

Maybe he wouldn't have gotten the point otherwise...
