The SUGARFISH concept is "food-centric" and "quality-driven". It's born out of our love and admiration for Chef Nozawa's style of food. It can be boiled down to three simple ideas 1. Like Nozawa, our passion is to provide our guests with the highest quality sushi possible 2. High quality sushi is often considered a "special occasion" food and we want to make simply great sushi something people can enjoy everyday. 3. We want our guests to love our food so much that they want to share ii with their friends and bring them in.
