More pressure from family and teachers to have A+++'s to keep scholarships and loads of pressure from peers to binge drink, do drugs, party, and slut around. Add in everyone was always telling them how great they are and attitudes of "the world owes me whatever I want" and the lower moral compass?....Those things mixed together and you will get cheaters.

With high out of wedlock births, Government and educational support of homosexuality, and a 50%+ divorce rate for those who marry; what do you expect from the children? The morals of our society are horrendous.

I don't know, but I really assume it has because truth, honor, and self-respect are disappearing before my very eyes. That leaves more room for lying, cheating, and bullying.
