Store Launches 'Man Aisle' for Shopping-Challenged Dudes: Good Idea?

Finally, at long last, a supermarket that can cater to the condiment-loving, beer-swilling, BBQ-potato-chip-eating tendencies of men. I'm sure there won't be any broccoli quiche or fresh fruit in this "man aisle." Is it a good idea to have a "man aisle" at the grocery store for shopping-challenged dudes? Or is it just perpetuating the nutritionally challenged, neanderthal-male stereotype?

This is just like giving every kid a trophy, it takes away the incentive to make one's self better. We're guys, not idiots, we know where to find the beer, chips, and M&Ms.; Hell, we could probably even find powdered sugar, flour, and vanilla if you asked us nice enough.

Stupid and insulting. My dad is an excellent cook and does not need an aisle full of cheap junk food for his 'convenience'. The infantalization of men and so-called male pastimes is getting old. Men are not children and they are not stupid, also all of the women I know drink beer and eat junk food- it looks like a party aisle, not a man aisle. Any section based on gender that is not health/bodily related is most likely pointless and sexist. Why not call it the 'party aisle'. Or better yet require shoppers to move their lazy asses and walk around the store.

Maybe so.?. But pointless. Women need a few things we don't; so I see why they have their 'area' or aisles. I find no need for a Man Aisle. Women are welcome to drink beer from my fridge anytime...Hell, I'd love a woman to have some BBQ and beer at her place and invite me over...not gonna happen? Ok, maybe we should have our own aisle! Lol

why is this not sexist? if somebody proposed a women's aisle, there would be people on here tearing that person a new ass hole. oh, i know why, because men can TAKE A JOKE. i think it would be funny actually, to have a men's aisle. I personally don't need one, but seeing the lazy bums i know use it would make it worth while

i agree with that 100%. those stereotypes are seen everywhere today, and its pretty annoying. the way that men are portrayed to be basically more inept than three year old children is ridiculous. i don't know of a single grown man who is filled with pure stupidity. the people i know that i was referring to were my friends in school who are my age and who would be helpless in a store by themselves
