Kindness kinda reminds me of when I was young and the world was just a nicer place! Back then we didn't have these angry empty headed college kids protesting things that they know nothing about. Women spent the whole day in the kitchen and never complained about it. Now days angry women want to be men and angry men want to be women. Lets all just be kind to each other and to unborn children. Maybe buy an angry person a McRib sandwich and a few kind words will brighten up their heart.

I always make it a point to be kind, not only to people I know, to those I don't either and it's unimportant to me if that kindness is given back, even though I appreciate it if it is.

Kindness may seem like a small thing, but the little things add up at the end of the day to become something much more. From small acts of kindness like opening the door for someone to helping someone pay for their lunch, it's those things that make other people smile and, therefore, makes you smile too. :) It's nice knowing that you've made someone else's life just a little bit easier. And, even though this isn't the reason why you do these things, what goes around comes around too...

After the events of Friday... a sadden heart of despair has come across this nation. But you.. SH's constant up-lifter, is there encouraging all of us.... to rise above the discontent.... to rise to the beginning of a new day. To bring out the spiritual, even in us that aren't believers...
