Life is confusing and difficult but it can be worth it. Sometimes it seems like life is 100% on your slide, other times it seems like it is trying to screw you over, as long as you have at least one person to catch you though, it can be worth it.
Sorry, I just love this song and M.P, I had to add it.

life is very difficult; Mom died when I was 8 Dad crawled into a bottle of whiskey, I joined the Military, married a wonderful, woman. I went to war, my daughter passed,at 6. I,didn't crawl, into a bottle of whiskey. I'm Blessed, with my children and grand children. Life is a forward journey don't look back it will, destroy you. My thoughts

My Mother died from lung cancer; she was 42. My daughter Katie went with my family to a family reunion in Cheyene Wyoming. We went in my Father In Laws motor home. He lost hi brakes on a steep mountain road in Wyoming; at the bottom of the hill we went through a guard rail. I grabbed my children before we hit the guard rail. I got them on the floor. We rolled 3 times when the smoke cleared; my Father In law was gone as well as his wife. Katie died in my wife's arms. I was severely injured as well my son. He was airlifted out. He was in a body cast for six months. He was 8 at the time of the accident.

My reason for answering this question is to show people that you can survive & not be a victim. No drugs no alcohol. I was in the Military for 27 years also & a combat vet. Needless to say; I didn't survive on my own I have a wonderful wife; of 33 years. We are not statistics; most marriages fail after the death of a child, many Vets who've seen combat their marriages fail, & spending 27 years in the Military odds are against you. I also had the sense to get counseling for all these incidents. Additionally; I excelled in the Military after all those tradgies & my current career.
