Here's what's wrong with this. They forgot to ask me how tall I stand in my shoes (6 feet 4 inches), and my body build (slight to medium). By the Metropolitan Life Tables, I should weigh anywhere from 175-185, fully clothed. In fact, I weigh 180, stripped. And I've been doing it by making sure that my last morsel (other than water) I have at 4:00 p.m., and then the next after that is breakfast at 6:00 a.m. 14 hours without food is a true fast.
