sometimes 2 pillows, sometimes 1, if my back is bad & I have to lie as flat as possible, I just use 1 pillow but most of the time I use 2

4 pillows, and feather pillows...

Most are used for propping up to watch TV at night...

But when I sleep, One goes over my head and I hug the other, while i put 2 on the floor...
