In fact, it's easiest for you to absorb information you're told. Nonverbal communication is an important part of the picture for you.

There is a science to learning and not everyone learns the same way. There are a number of different learning models out there but I have found the 4mat model to be most beneficial mainly because it is based on the research and science of how people learn.
