It depends on what kind of conflict you are in.You need to analyse the kind of conflict you are in.The type of conflict : Major ,Moderate or Minor.ANd how much the person you are having conflict with matters to you.If the person doesnt matter much opr if it is a casual evryday war you need to escpae by iognoring it fleeing from that place giving straight away ignorance.If the person matters to you you can hit back in accordance how he/she feels about you,if he is ur boyfriend u give him a run for u.if he/she doesnt know u properly but matters u can take cheap shots.If the conflict is major u have to take action in accordance to how serious it is and what powers do you hold.If u are in a position of authority u can use that power to hit the person,if not and the conflict is major and u cannot flee u have to take certain steps and it might become a little long term.
