Been using Transpersonal Therapy (Spirtualism & [Jungian] Psychology), lost 40+lb. (bounces a bit), reduced ALL medications 80%, internally optimistic but outwardly cynical. Been bullied & 'taken' most of my life, hence my "Post-Trauma Survivor Disposition" & heavy on the Sarcasm (BEATS killing people). Not employed but volunteer at 5 Churches & a (Sufi) Mosque on a weekly basis. In a choir at one & just bought a piano to help train my ear.
Unfortunately, most other folk around me & on SH are gorged with bad Karma but am learning how to spot the negative ones faster so there's some promise of some good living until the next existence.

Ugh! There's not much clean about your life... in fact, it's kind of a mess.
It's time to clean house. First up, get rid of every person in your life who is a horrible influence.
Then start working on your personal health and well being. Treat your body and mind with respect.
You probably know what you need to do. Now is the time to do it.
