You definitely don't get enough sleep, and it's turning you into a mental zombie!
You need to get more sleep, starting tonight if possible.
Avoid caffeine, keep a regular bedtime, don't watch TV before bed, and sleep in complete darkness.

Probably skewed the answers because I am bipolar and take drugs to sleep. I actually sleep quite a bit (at least since I've been treated) and people know better than to wake me up too early. That was absolutely not true before I was diagnosed - didn't sleep much at all then.
